63rd Republic Day Celebrations
In India, Republic Day commemorates the date on which the Constitution of India came into force. The 26th of January was chosen to honor the declaration of independence of India. Flag hoisting and N.C.C parade, in the campus swayed the campus with patriotism. Principal Mr. K.H.M Martin wished the staff and students on this occasion.

Nalandians celebrate 65th Independence Day Kargil Day

Our students paid homage to the martyrs of the Kargil war who gave their life for the countries tomorrow.

Nalandians celebrate 65th Independence Day
For generations that were born in a free India, Independence Day is more about understanding the freedom struggle and political unrest that the country went through than just feeling a sense of freedom. Children in Nalanda had their personal tryst with the cultural and political heritage of India through various events celebrated on 15, August 2011.

A feeling of patriotism swayed the campus with tri color flags dominating the campus. Perfect march past, strong pyramids, patriotic songs and dances filled the hearts with pride for the country. The Chief Guest S. Kishore, I.A.S in his inspiring speech advised the children to be serious with their interests yet be playful as a child. Dy. Director Dr. Pulla Rao called upon the students to build a society with ethical and morals as its pillars. In his speech Principal K.M.H. Martin recalled the dreams of our leaders and stressed on the need for leadership qualities amidst children to shoulder the responsibilities of the nation.

2010 - 2011

The National festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm bringing in new life into old tasks. The school celebrated 15th August on a grand scale in the school premises. The students of the different houses did a March Past and gave a Salute to the Chief Guest of the day. Academic proficiency prizes were given away to the students by the Guest Of Honour.

Nalandaians Celebrate 64 Th Independence Day
We NTS family celebrated 64th Independence Day with ebullience. The enthusiastic Nalandians were privileged to welcome the Chief Guest Mr. T. Naga Prasad Founder Chairman, People Combine. The eve started with an aroma of celebration, accreditation and festivity. Flag hoisting was followed by cultural items, march-past and gymnastics and songs etc which were highly appreciated by the audience. This was followed by the most awaited prize distribution ceremony for academic excellence. Chief Guest Mr. T. Naga Prasad encouraged the prize winning students and expected them to excel for the betterment of the society. Dy Director Dr. Pullarao, inspired future citizens through his enthralling speech. Principal Mrs. Pallavi in her welcome speech once again reminded the students, their duties and responsibilities for a better tomorrow.
