People have important things to communicate. Speaking from the heart allows the ordinary, the emotionally difficult and the wonderful things in our lives to be communicated and received. Nalanda Talent School came up with a distinctive approach of communication between parents and teachers. The Coffee Morning Sessions & Evening Te’te’-a-Te’te’ Sessions. These interactive sessions were conducted class-wise in the month of December in the school premises.

They not only provided the opportunity for parents to interact amongst themselves, but also helped them to get to know the Management on a personal level. The credible communication & exchange of views would help in implementing more effective education in future.

The goal, that NTS set about to achieve was to help parents & teachers facilitate discussions on important life skill issues. This was achieved very successfully.

While dealing with low achievers it is very essential to know the family background & the factors contributing towards the learning disability in the child. To overcome this, we have a PERSONALIZED PARENT TEACHER INTERACTION programme, where a 1 to 1 discussion is facilitated.

“For behind the school is the home & behind the home is the school, both together sculpt the student’s future” with this motto, we have regular parent – teacher meets, after every major examination.

In addition to this, the school has been the first one to introduce software services as a medium of communication between the school and the parents. Every important message is sent through SMS.

Coffee Morning & Tet`e – Tet`e

Coffee Morning & Tet`e – Tet`e, in the NTS campus are a platform to promote a sense of unity amidst parent-teacher-child triangular association. The early morning informal meetings are warm discussion about the innovative requirements of the children from the parent point of view.

Parent Teacher Meet a Review

The Parent Teacher is a facilitator paving way to guide tomorrow’s Global Citizens. School organized a PT Meet to evaluate the Results of every term. On this occasion hard work and commitment of children was rewarded and drawbacks were considered for remedial.
